BondTech LGX Pro Metal HT Extruder

The LGX PRO Metal HT eXtruder from Bondtech is an all-metal extruder designed for industrial applications and high temperatures. The PRO Metal HT version of the LGX Large Gears eXtruder convinces with versatile improvements and attractive features:

• Aluminium housing in symmetrical design is more compact and offers higher performance and compatibility,
• Larger drive wheels ensure better filament grip,
• An optimised filament pretension lever with 4 additional positions for repeatable results,
• A multi-function interface socket helps to quickly change tools and applications,
• The 30 mm high-temperature stepper motor is stronger and offers more thrust,
• The hardened steel drive train is tougher,
• The additional aluminium interface connector also makes it suitable for longer hotends,
• The design is simpler and has several mounting hole patterns for more flexibility,
• Better protection against dust and particle-laden industrial environments.

►Note: This extruder does not allow a mounting plate between the motor and the extruder. No more than (max.) 1A current should be used to operate the extruder!

• 1 x Custom Nema17 30 mm HT pancake stepper motor
• 1x metal plug-in connection M7 4 mm
