The Creality Falcon Conveyor TC1 is an automated conveyor system that turns your laser engraver into an automated small-batch production station. The conveyor transports materials independently under the laser focus, while engraved workpieces are then automatically moved out of the working area.

Automated feeding for continuous engraving

The TC1 puts an end to the traditional cycle of placing a workpiece, engraving it, removing it and inserting the next one. The automated conveyor system transports your materials directly into the engraving area and moves them out again once the process is complete. This enables uninterrupted batch processing, even during periods of high order volume or long production runs.

Up to 18 times higher productivity

Compared with manual loading and unloading, the TC1 saves a significant amount of time:

• laser engraver + TC1: 30 seconds per workpiece,
• conventional workflow: 9 minutes per workpiece.

This equates to productivity up to 18 times higher.

Smart Fill for precise batch positioning

The combination of the TC1 and AI-supported Smart Fill function ensures especially efficient batch handling. The software automatically recognises each individual workpiece on the conveyor, aligns it precisely and positions the engraving designs exactly where they need to be, without manual adjustment.

Whether you are working with small tags or larger sheets, the TC1 maintains consistently high accuracy across different workpiece sizes. Material movement and positioning remain stable even during continuous batch processing, ensuring that every engraving lands exactly where intended.
