Phaetus Conch Hotend M6 for Flashforge AD5M/AD5M Pro, 0.8 mm

The Conch Hotend™ M6 from Phaetus is a highly efficient hotend specially developed for FlashForge AD5M and AD5M Pro with an excellent flow rate of up to 43 mm³/s and a temperature resistance of up to 280 °C.

The hotend is made of wear-resistant, durable materials and is equipped with a replaceable EndCoat™ nozzle for industrial components subject to heavy wear. The precision-applied coating increases surface hardness and improves abrasion resistance in critical areas such as nozzle tips and heatbreak necks. Compared to a hardened steel nozzle, this nozzle has a service life that is up to 2.5 times longer.

Technical features:

• The enlarged cooling surface ensures rapid heat dissipation and reliably prevents material blockages due to thermal expansion.

• The integrated thermistor design reduces measurement errors and ensures reliable temperature control during printing.

• The removable nozzle design facilitates maintenance. Tip: To ensure a perfectly functioning hotend and to avoid nozzle leakage during printing, always carry out hot-tightening when installing or changing the nozzle!

• The rigid kinematic coupling system reduces damage to components caused by impacts and minimises maintenance required.

Attention: The hotend is supplied WITHOUT heating cartridge.

► The Conch Hotend™ supports standard materials such as PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, but is also suitable for printing composite materials used in industrial applications (e.g. CF, GF, steel, wood, etc.).
