Polymaker™ ABS is a high-quality ABS filament featuring an optimised formulation, specifically developed for clean and controlled processing. By utilising a specialised bulk polymerisation process, the material is produced with a reduced content of volatiles, making the printing process significantly more pleasant. Compared to conventional ABS, this filament offers lower odour development and more stable overall printing performance without compromising on mechanical properties.
Polymaker™ ABS provides a powerful combination of mechanical stability and heat resistance. This makes it ideal for functional components, housings, and technical prototypes that must remain reliable even under demanding conditions.
| Note: For best results, use in an enclosed build chamber is recommended to ensure a constant temperature and minimise warping. |
