Description

PolyMax ™ PC-FR is a flame retardant PC filament (UL94V-0 / 1.5 mm) with excellent toughness, strength and heat resistance. This filament opens up new applications in the automotive, railway and aviation industries.

PolyMax ™ PC-FR can be printed on any surface with a thin layer of Magigoo PC. We recommend a flexplate to facilitate removal of the model from the plate.

We recommend a full metal hotend that maintains stable temperatures of at least 260 ° C and a heated chamber of at least 80 ° C.

We recommend annealing all models printed in PolyMax ™ PC-FR. This allows users to take full advantage of the mechanical and thermal properties.
During annealing, the model is placed in an oven at 100 ° C for 2 hours.

PolyDissolve ™ S2 is the recommended support material for PolyMax ™ PC-FR.
