I think it would not be a problem but because the extruder is only designed for printers where the extruder is on the left side, it might be difficult to reach the thumbscrew when you need to adjust the tension as aluminium profiles may be in the way.

It might not line up with the filament sensor properly.

The gear ratio is different so the steps would need to be changed but it should fit ok

Can this be fitted on a Creality Ender 3 v2. If yes, does it need any modification?
