Spectrum S-Flex Carbon, 1,75 mm / 500 g

Spectrum S-Flex Carbon is an innovative hybrid filament that combines the elasticity of classic flexible materials with mechanical reinforcement thanks to a 20% carbon fibre content. The result is an exceptionally resilient, flexible material designed for technical applications with demanding requirements.

With a Shore hardness of 90A, S-Flex Carbon retains high flexibility and elasticity, similar to conventional flexible filaments. Simultaneously, the integrated carbon fibre reinforcement provides significantly enhanced mechanical properties. These include increased tensile strength, improved rigidity, high dimensional stability, and enhanced chemical resistance.

Furthermore, S-Flex Carbon boasts high thermal resistance, making it suitable for applications where traditional flexible materials reach their limits. The carbon fibre content also imparts electrical conductivity to the printed components, making the filament ideal for ESD-sensitive applications.
