Instead of a disposable spool, the filament comes as a refill designed for use with compatible reusable spools. ecoPLA is based on PLA (polylactic acid), a biodegradable plastic optimised specifically for 3D printing. As a result, the filament is exceptionally easy to process. It is perfectly suited for daily applications such as prototypes, decorative objects, and functional models.

During the printing process, ecoPLA delivers the classic advantages of PLA, including low shrinkage, minimal warping, and reliable print bed adhesion.
