The Aliencell X1 Laser Engraver is a high-performance system designed for precise engraving and cutting applications in professional and creative environments. Featuring a fully independent operating system, the X1 runs entirely without a PC, enabling efficient workflows with maximum control.

Air Assist Pro included

The Aliencell X1 is fully compatible with Air Assist Pro and benefits from targeted, high-performance airflow support during engraving and cutting. With an airflow of up to 40 L/min and a working pressure of 14.5 psi (1.0 bar), smoke, dust and cutting debris are efficiently removed from the processing area. This results in cleaner edges, improved detail accuracy and reduced post-processing—particularly when working with thicker or sensitive materials. Thanks to Smart Control, Air Assist Pro can be operated automatically or via three adjustable airflow levels to match the material perfectly. Despite its powerful output, the system operates quietly at just 55 dB and integrates seamlessly into the X1 workflow with its compact, robust design.

Independent Operating System

The X1 features a standalone operating system with full offline functionality and internal job storage. Projects can be launched, reproduced and managed directly via the integrated touchscreen. System status, component data and active processes are clearly displayed at all times—without the need for a connected computer.

Generous Working Area

With a working area of 24 x 18 inches, the Aliencell X1 provides ample space for a wide range of projects—from individual signs to batch production. The spacious workspace offers maximum flexibility in material size and design scope.

Precise Positioning & Synchronisation

Real-time synchronisation between the laser head, touchscreen and software ensures accurate alignment. Positions are transferred precisely, so the engraving result matches exactly what is displayed—without manual adjustments.

With a maximum acceleration of 20,000 mm/s², the X1 achieves exceptionally high processing speeds. At the same time, precise control ensures sharp contours and fine details—even in complex engravings.

The integrated Advanced Motion Stabilisation keeps lines and details stable at high speeds. Vibrations are effectively minimised to deliver consistently clean results.

High-Resolution Greyscale Performance

The laser’s high firing precision enables up to three times smoother greyscale gradients. Shading, textures and subtle transitions are rendered with impressive clarity and uniformity.

The Aliencell X1 supports LightBurn with native integration of key features such as distortion correction and precise control. Alternatively, Aliencell Space—the dedicated in-house software—is available.

Aliencell Space was specifically developed for the X1 and supports common file formats including SVG, DXF, JPG, PNG and BMP. The system automatically corrects typical design issues, offers intelligent path planning, real-time preview, precise alignment and automatic material recognition, optimising settings, extraction and air purification accordingly.
