Alveo3D FE150 Smoke & Dust Purifier

The Alveo3D FE150 Smoke & Dust Extraction System is a high-performance air filtration unit designed to remove smoke, fine dust, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). This compact system is specifically engineered for workshops, laboratories, and production environments where multiple processes generate simultaneous emissions.

Unlike basic extraction fans, the FE150 provides effective air purification for demanding applications such as FDM and Resin 3D printing, laser engraving and cutting, CNC machining, and sanding or grinding tasks. Despite its high output, the unit remains compact and highly versatile, allowing for easy integration into various workspaces.

Three-Stage Filtration System

Efficient air cleaning is achieved through a robust three-stage process. A pre-filter captures larger particles to extend the life of the main filters, while a HEPA filter reliably traps fine dust and smoke particles down to 0.3 µm. Finally, a dual-layer activated carbon filter adsorbs odours, chemical fumes, and VOCs.

Versatile Airflow Management

The dual-hose system offers total flexibility in airflow management. Air intake can be configured via flexible or rigid ducting, while the adjustable exhaust vent ensures optimal air distribution. Delivering an airflow capacity of 258 m³/h at a noise level of under 55 dB, the FE150 combines powerful suction with impressively quiet operation.

Smart Remote Control

For added convenience, the system features a Smart Control function with a dedicated remote. Users can power the unit on/off, adjust extraction speed from 0–100%, check operating hours, or reset alarms. A built-in panel lock function prevents any accidental changes to the settings.

The FE150 includes critical safety features, such as automatic shutdown in the event of a blocked airflow and an easily accessible fuse. The unit must be operated with a proper electrical earth connection.

• Do not operate in environments exceeding 60°C or with high humidity (>80%).
• Never operate the unit without filters installed.
• Do not introduce liquids, powders, or flammable materials into the air intake.
• Not suitable for filtering carbon monoxide (CO) or radon.
• When used near gas appliances, always ensure adequate room ventilation.
