The Alveo3D FE350 Smoke & Dust Extraction System is a high-capacity air filtration unit designed for professional workshops, production facilities, laboratories, and makerspaces. Delivering a powerful airflow of 460 m³/h, the system effectively captures smoke, ultrafine particles, VOCs, odours, and fumes across a wide range of manufacturing processes.

Three-Stage Filtration Excellence

The unit features a robust three-stage filtration architecture, comprising a high-capacity pre-filter, a medical-grade HEPA H13/H14 filter, and a dual-layer activated carbon filter. This combination filters particles down to 0.3 µm with an efficiency of up to 99.97%, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

Robust & Industrial-Grade Safety

Engineered for demanding industrial environments, the FE350 boasts a rugged 28kg chassis, a high-torque industrial motor, and long-life filter elements. An integrated smart alarm system automatically notifies the user when filters reach saturation, while built-in safety features, including overheat protection and airflow blockage detection, ensure maximum operational reliability.

Intuitive Remote Control

Equipped with a dedicated remote control and a quick-access filter replacement mechanism, the system is exceptionally easy to operate and maintain. This extraction unit is compatible with a vast array of applications, including FDM, SLA, MSLA, and DLP 3D printing, laser processing, and precision electronics or soldering work.

Do not operate in environments exceeding 60°C or with humidity levels above 80%.

• Never operate the unit without filters installed.
• Do not introduce liquids, powders, or flammable materials into the air intake.
• Not suitable for filtering carbon monoxide (CO) or radon.
• When used near gas appliances, always ensure adequate ventilation in the room.
