Description
The Prusa High-Temperature Print Sheet is a powder-coated spring steel sheet developed specifically for demanding high-temperature materials such as PEEK, PEI and PEKK. It provides significantly better adhesion for these materials than a standard PEI sheet and withstands repeated temperature cycles above 100 °C without losing adhesion performance.
Designed for high-performance engineering filaments
Materials such as PEEK, PEI or PPSU can adhere poorly to standard sheets or, conversely, bond too strongly and unpredictably. The High-Temperature Print Sheet has been developed specifically for this class of materials and supports PEEK, PEEK-CF, PEEK-GF, PEI1010, PEI9085, PEI-CF, PEKK, PEKK-CF, PES, PPSU and PSU, among others.
Durable textured surface
The surface texture is similar to that of the familiar textured TXT sheet and is created by applying a powder coating to the metal. This gives prints an even, textured underside while also helping to conceal minor mechanical marks caused by tools when removing prints.
Double-sided use with magnetic mounting
Both sides of the sheet can be used repeatedly, extending its service life compared with sheets coated on one side only. Like other Prusa print sheets, it is held securely in place by high-Curie-temperature magnets embedded in the heatbed.
| Not suitable for standard materials: The High-Temperature Print Sheet is specifically designed for high-temperature materials and is therefore not suitable for PLA or PETG, as these materials adhere only poorly or not at all. |
Note: Never clean the print sheet with IPA, acetone or other alcohol-based solvents, as these will damage the surface. Clean only when the sheet has cooled down, using washing-up liquid and water, ideally before every print, to help ensure good adhesion and easy print removal.
