eSUN ePEEK Pro Natural

ePEEK Pro is a specialty plastic with excellent mechanical and thermal properties, high strength and toughness, and a self-lubricating, wear-resistant nature.

The material is flame-retardant, resistant to corrosion by most chemical reagents and solvents, and is extremely temperature resistant. The heat deflection temperature of ePEEK Pro is up to 205 °C.

Note: The shrinkage of ePEEK Pro is high. Therefore, please use a printer with an enclosed chamber. To avoid print warping, increase the chamber temperature and heated bed temperature. Choose a printing plate with high flatness and temperature resistance. Precise levelling of the build platform is required before printing.

Uneven crystallisation of the ePEEK Pro material may occur during the printing process. Try increasing the chamber temperature and reducing the cooling rate of the PEEK material. Post-print annealing may be required to improve the mechanical performance of the material. Put your model in the oven at 150 ℃/1h → 200 ℃/1h → 150 ℃/0.5h.

To achieve the best printing results, dry the filament for at least 6 hours at 70 °C before printing. You can use a suitable filament drying box for this.
