Description

eSUN PETG+ combines the easy printability of PLA with ABS-like toughness and the clear, polished look of PC. It is suitable for mechanically stressed components, translucent models and decorative architectural parts that need to withstand outdoor conditions.

Stable under stress and heat

With a heat deflection temperature of around 70 °C, PETG+ holds its shape even in environments where standard PLA would already start to give way. Combined with a tensile strength of up to 48 MPa, it produces parts that can reliably withstand stress and temperature fluctuations.

Resistant to weather, chemicals and light

Whether it's exposure to rain, cleaning agents or intense sunlight, PETG+ remains dimensionally stable and retains its properties even after prolonged UV exposure. This makes the material suitable for outdoor brackets, housings and functional parts designed for long-term outdoor use.

Tip: PETG+ absorbs slightly more moisture than standard PLA. After a longer storage period, drying at 60°C for at least 8 hours is recommended. If the material sticks to the nozzle, increasing retraction, disabling Z-hop and reducing the flow rate can help.
