Description

The Liqcreate Separation Model Resin is a specially formulated photopolymer resin designed for 3D printing dental models with inherent separating properties against acrylic-based materials. This allows orthodontic appliances and other cold-curing acrylic systems to be fabricated directly on the printed model without permanently bonding to its surface.

The resin is compatible with most open DLP, MSLA and laser-based 3D printers operating within a wavelength range of 385–405 nm. Printed models offer high dimensional accuracy, a matte surface finish and consistent release behaviour, supporting reliable and efficient workflows in dental laboratories.

In addition to manufacturing orthodontic appliances, the material is suitable for cold-curing repairs, such as fracture repairs, clasp extensions and minor prosthetic adjustments. It can also be used in laboratory or chairside workflows with self-curing denture base polymers.
