Prusa Prusament TPU 95A Natural (NFC) (500 g)

The Prusament TPU 95A is a high-performance filament by Prusa that combines flexibility with durability. The material provides high elasticity, excellent impact resistance and outstanding abrasion resistance, making it well suited to functional parts that need to remain both flexible and mechanically robust.

Unlike many other TPU filaments, Prusament TPU 95A is based on an ether-diol polymer structure rather than ester-diol. This composition provides improved chemical resistance, lower moisture absorption and high resistance to hydrolysis, making it suitable for durable components intended to perform reliably in demanding environments.

Thanks to its stable composition, the material remains flexible and impact-resistant down to -50 °C while also withstanding temperatures of up to 78.6 °C (HDT at 1.80 MPa). It is also resistant to oils, greases and microbial degradation, making it a versatile choice for engineering applications, protective components and flexible mechanical parts.
