Spectrum PP is a high-performance polypropylene filament specially developed for applications requiring low weight, high flexibility, and excellent chemical and mechanical resistance. The material combines structural resilience with exceptional flexibility, achieving elongations of up to 600% without breaking. With a Shore hardness of 50D, Spectrum PP exhibits high resistance to abrasion, cracking, and wear, and offers complete resistance to water, detergents, and many chemicals.

With an extremely low density of just 0.9 g/cm³, PP is one of the lightest 3D printing materials available, enabling the production of lightweight yet stable functional components. An optimised formula ensures reliable layer adhesion, minimal shrinkage, and a predictable printing process. Due to its low moisture absorption, high elasticity, and chemical resistance, Spectrum PP remains dimensionally stable and durable, even under demanding operational conditions!

Tip: Spectrum recommends using glue sticks or other adhesion aids to ensure reliable first-layer adhesion and minimise the risk of warping or detachment.
