SUNLU PLA Metallic Azurite, 1,75 mm / 1000 g

Anyone who has tried to finish a print with metallic paint afterwards knows that the result rarely looks quite as expected. SUNLU PLA Metallic skips that step entirely. Fine metal particles are built directly into the filament, so prints come off the build plate with a rich metallic sheen, with no brush, spray paint or polishing required.

The added metal particles give the filament a higher density, as well as improved toughness and layer adhesion compared with standard PLA. Prints show very little shrinkage and are less prone to warping, making the material suitable for delicate decorative pieces as well as more robust functional parts.

Despite its metal content, the filament remains straightforward to print. It works with familiar PLA settings and, according to the manufacturer, is compatible with most FDM printers, with no special settings or printer modifications required.
