Description

The Panda Bamboo Feeder by BIQU adds extra capacity to your existing Panda Bamboo Feeder setup, enabling seamless filament transfer between multiple spools. When combined with the Starter Pack, it creates a system designed for continuous printing without material interruptions.

The system ensures a constant and active filament flow, even in demanding setups featuring large spools, long PTFE guides, or complex filament paths. This motorised system applies targeted pressure to the filament, reducing common issues such as underextrusion, stringing, or gaps in material—even when working with soft, brittle, or heavy filaments (e.g., 5 kg spools).

Continuous printing without interruption

Thanks to the Smart Filament Refill function, the system automatically detects when a spool is empty and switches seamlessly to a backup spool.

Scalable multi-spool system

Multiple Panda Bamboo Feeders can be combined: by coupling up to three units, you can create a system with up to four spools in series, which are used automatically one after the other.

Automated control at the touch of a button

► Auto Retract: Filament is automatically retracted at the touch of a button, enabling quick and clean material changes.

► Auto Feed: Simply insert the filament and the feeder takes over the rest, transporting it automatically to the toolhead.

Network-compatible and controllable

The integrated WiFi function and Web UI allow the feeder to be conveniently controlled and configured. This includes network settings, device management, and firmware updates (OTA), performed directly in your browser.

► Compatible with Bambu Lab A1/P1/X1/P2 series.

Note:

Operating the feeder and the Bambu Lab AMS simultaneously is not possible. When using the AMS, the Panda Bamboo Feeder must be switched off to avoid interference.

The Panda Bamboo Feeder is not designed for multi-colour printing. It serves as a filament buffer and refill system for long print jobs and complex filament paths.

TPU printing is possible, but depends on material hardness and the filament path. An optimised, low-resistance filament path is recommended to achieve reliable results.
