Description

presto Fine Filler is a highly elastic, two-component polyester finishing putty for the precision repair of minor imperfections and for fine filling work on pre-treated surfaces. Due to the styrene-free formulation and the use of micro-fine fillers, it creates an exceptionally smooth and even surface that is ideal for subsequent painting.

The filler adheres reliably to metal, wood, concrete, and pre-filled substrates and is easy to apply. Thanks to its excellent sandability and stable material properties, it is suitable for applications in the automotive sector, mechanical engineering, as well as workshop and hobby projects.

► Application Recommendation: The surface must be clean, dry, free of grease, and sanded; any rust must be removed beforehand. Thoroughly mix the required amount of filler with the correct amount of hardener and apply evenly. After approximately 30–40 minutes, the treated surface can be further processed, e.g., by sanding, drilling, or painting.

Tools should be cleaned immediately after use.
Application is possible from a minimum temperature of 5 °C; ideally, the material should be at room temperature.
Galvanised surfaces must be treated with a suitable zinc primer beforehand.
