Spectrum PC/ABS FR V0 White, 1,75 mm / 1000 g

Spectrum PC/ABS FR V0 is a professional, halogen-free high-performance filament developed for applications with increased requirements for fire safety, mechanical stability and surface quality. The material meets the UL-94 V0 classification and is self-extinguishing, making it particularly suitable for safety-critical components.

This filament combines the mechanical strengths of polycarbonate (PC) and ABS with specially engineered, halogen-free flame-retardant modifiers. The result is a material that offers high strength, good heat resistance and reliable fire performance without the use of bromine or chlorine.

PC/ABS FR V0 also stands out with a high-gloss surface finish that enhances the visual quality of functional parts and gives them a premium appearance. Excellent layer adhesion ensures strong, durable prints and allows complex geometries to be produced reliably with high dimensional accuracy.

Despite its high PC content, the filament can be processed at comparatively low printing temperatures, similar to ABS. This simplifies the printing process and makes PC/ABS FR V0 easier to control, even for demanding and technically challenging projects.
